By placing an order online you are making an offer to purchase goods which if accepted by us will result in a binding contract. A confirmation email from us confirms thats the contract is formed.

Courier will be Royal Mail. Postage listed on the site is calculated as first class. Overseas postage; will be 'international signed for', for other options contact us for postage costs.International Buyers - Please Note:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.

Delivery Please be aware that meeting a delivery date can not be guarenteed particularly on international orders, order well in advance before the item/s are needed. We aim to post out items within 5-10 working days but delivery time is down to the carrier . All flower arrangements are made by hand to order. Small orders will be sent quicker. Large orders may well take considerably longer than 10 days. If you require goods urgently, e-mail us for an estimate of time. We can sometimes prioritise your order if required. A confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been sent.

We can not be held responsible for any delay, loss or damage to orders in shipping. Should an order be lost or damaged, We can provide details for The Customer to claim against the shipping company. We offers upgraded shipping options and we highly recommend these as they offer on-line tracking facilities.

We respectfully point out that The Customer is responsible for ordering in sufficient time and that as the contract for delivery rests between The Customer and Royal Mail or the shipping company chosen. The Customer should be fully aware of Royal Mail stated delivery times (www.royalmail.com)

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you have a right to return your order under the distance selling regulations for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within seven days after receipt. However, you must take reasonable care of the items.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. Please contact us by email to advise you are returning the item and we will then provide you with instructions for returns. We will then refund you (minus postage) as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has been dispatched you must return the item to us at your own cost. Original postage charges will not be refunded. For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for returning items. You must also make sure that items are securely packaged and in their original condition on returning them to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Also the right to cancel and return for a refund does not apply to the following; "Personalised goods or goods made to a consumer's specification" this includes all bespoke custom orders placed on the website or on ebay.

PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return of item/s if sent back in original unused condition. This includes any items that smell of smoke and items returned in unsuitable packaging.

Faulty goods
In the unfortunate event that an item is found to be faulty or damaged on receipt please contact us by email as soon as possible and return the item within 7 days for a full refund(including reimbursement of delivery charges) or exchange.

Out of stock items
Whilst every effort is made to ensure items are updated on screen to show they are out of stock this may not always occur. If you order an item that is temporarily out of stock we will email you to see if you wish wait for the item or cancel your order.

Privacy Policy
As we use Paypal we do not see any of your financial data once a purchase is made. The information we do collect includes name, address, telephone number and email address which we do not disclose to any third parties. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Your use of this website and any dispute arising of such use of the website is subject to Scottish Law.
